They are not fast, due to restrictions, few customers are allowed inside and there is a line outside and they close the door. Plan to arrive an hour early because when there is a long line it takes about that long. There are only 3 boxes and there are times when only 2 or 1 are open. The app to queue with QR does not work.
Bad branch. Only one executive attending. You wait more than 1 hour to be attended. If another client arrives "who cannot be away from work for a long time" they pass it on first. They get new accounts duplicating your user and therefore you cannot use the app or the internet to manage transfers or payments, these duplicate users can no longer be unified.

Terrible service
I plan to transfer all my accounts to another bank! What a shame that there are so many “staff” and that everything takes so much time! Their regulations don't make any sense... I had my physical license and digital passport and after 20 minutes of waiting at the cashier they told me that it can't be done... when the person at the entrance who gives you the ticket didn't tell me ANYTHING, they waste my time of people as if it were worthless. They are poorly informed and zero helpful. I ask for the manager and he tells me “it's happening” and it's going to take a while.” Both the cashiers and those who were supposed to support me. The child they put at the entrance is slow and arrogant… wanting not to help. Next month new account in new bank! Bye!’
